Physical Appearance: Jack's appearance is primarily that of a short and slim Auratonian boy in his early teens. What little weight she has on her body is muscle, and her chest is taped flat enough to stay well unnoticed under loose clothing. She wears a sleeveless undershirt at all times, even to sleep. Her outerwear is usually silk, or some other loose but well made fabric, furthering the impression that she is actually a young lordling traveling abroad.
Occupation/Class: Swordsman(woman) in training, and all around tomboy.

.:Personal Information:.
Likes: Horses! Stories of adventure and heroism. Fencing, and sparring both physically and mentally with her little band of friends.
Dislikes: Being alone. Cruelty. Being treated like a child. Open water.
Merits: Bravery, kindness. Intelligence. Compassion.
Flaws: Impulsivity and naivety. Size, or rather a lack thereof. Again, compassion.
Worst Fear: She's not had much experience with the evils of the world, so this list will undoubtedly grow with time.
Personality: Jack is a bright and inquisitive person, good natured but still rather naíve. She was spared the atrocities of the world around her, by being sheltered in the Abbey, and so she sees the world in a somewhat rose-colored fashion. This has changed a little with her visit to the decimated Rionia, but she still tends to instinctively see the brighter side of things. She was raised with adventure stories about demons and heroism, but believed it was mostly all fiction. She thinks that demihumans, although considered demons, deserve the same freedoms and rights that humans do, and is quick to upset when she sees this not taking place. She is quickly realizing that true demons may not be as much a myth as she had once believed, and are a far cry different from the demihumans.
History:
Yarina was a chambermaid whose whole family served in the castle of the King Mandrith Pelanon of Rionia. She was a sweet, pretty, innocent girl of only fifteen and had only started working in the family wings recently when she caught the eye of the king. What young girl could resist the advances of such nobility? And it was soon after that she became pregnant.
The King’s wife upon finding out refused to keep the girl under her roof and insisted she be sent away. To keep the rumours at bay young Yarina was sent to Falorn Abbey where she was sequestered and forcibly prevailed upon to take vows after the birth. She would be inducted into the Order of the Heart, an order of nuns with vows of silence. Her history was only known to the Mother Superior and she was attended by silent nuns who could not reveal any stories Yarina might try tell. All knowledge of her links to the royal family were effectively erased.
The King, knowing what his wife had done, insisted that any male child, bastard or not, be returned to the castle to be raised with other family members. He valued the male children over any females as a way to further his power. It was common knowledge that the Pelanon raised several bastard male children within the castle much to his wife’s annoyance. They were educated alongside his other children with all the standard education and protocol. However he accepted that the girl could never return to the castle and that knowledge of the affair must be kept to a minimum.
Yarina had twins, a boy and a girl, who would grow up to look almost identical. The nuns had taken good care of the young girl, but the pregnancy was difficult for one so young and Yarina died in childbirth eliminating any further troubles as to her story.
The girl child, Jacqueline, was raised at the abbey where only the Mother Superior knew her true heritage. Jacqueline was a wild child and more than a handful for the nuns who ran the orphanage. Only one of the priests, a young man named Shawn, could manage her at all. They became close friends and when later she disappeared, Shawn followed and began his own little adventure. It was Shawn who gave her the nickname Jack due to her tomboy ways. Along the way she soaked up stories of prince and princesses, fairy tales, demons, swords, sorcery, and horses. Jack was a dreamer and adventurer.
Upon the death of the Mother Superior years later, Jack was finally given her mother’s diary that the nun had held for so many years as well as a white gold ring that according to the diary the king had given her mother as a present. In it revealed and detailed her mother’s life and Jack’s true lineage.
After the king's death, Jack made her way to see Rionia. It was here that she began to go by the name Jack Pelanon and pose as a bastard male heir, thinking that no young woman could possibly be taken seriously or ascend the throne as well as not having gotten over her adventurous, tomboy ways. She led her friends into the secret treasury and there she took the Rionia royal family's sword, one that was believed to have been used centuries ago to win the throne, and enough gold and gems to keep them well cared for some time.
