Appearance & Items: Corgan is very young looking. He has wheat colored hair and hazel eyes. He wears plate armor into battle, but prefers lighter gear when he can get away with it. He specializes in cavalry. Most his forces consist of well trained horsemen and Corgan is, himself, an excellent rider and spearman. He carries a longsword and knows how to shoot a bow.
Basic Persona: Compared to the other Dominion Commanders, Corgan is very green. He's a good fighter and knows how to lead formations into battle, but he lacks the overall experience and confidence of a more mature man. Establishing the Dominion in Ethardowan was a tricky business for Sirin and, given its more remote location, Althenore couldn't afford to place an ambitious man in power. To do so would be risking his hold on the country. He chose Corgan, an apt unit leader, because the youngster was both malleable and expendable.
Basic History: Corgan was born along the shores of the Tharis Sea in Auraton. His father was a fisherman and because they lived on the border of two countries, trade and travel within Ethardowan was not uncommon. Corgan relished these trips abroad and it soon became apparent that he was a born adventurer and not a man who wanted to catch fish. When he was fourteen, he joined a small mercenary unit recruiting in Shiloan. He trained with them for two years and gained experience clearing out pirates and thieves that moored themselves in inlets along the coast. His troop was later hired by the Dominion to serve as infantry. As the Legions began to expand their influence into Ethardowan, there was a pressing need for quality horseman and Corgan, at the time serving as a spearman, was recruited into a riding unit and trained for mounted combat. He excelled at horsemanship and his superiors decided to forward his education. By the time he was 21, he'd become an officer and was under the tutelage of Roland Cyen. At Althenore's direction, Roland began to teach the youngster how to effectively lead an army. Corgan was given command of the Fourth Legion in 3117 ADW after the former general was killed in a dispute.
