Centaurs

The appearance of a centaur is unmistakable: they have the upper toroso, arms, and head of a human, and the lower body of a large, powerful horse. Centaurs are sociable creatures taking great pleasure in the society of others of their kind. They live in close harmony with natrue and they spend their lifetime carefully conserving the natural resources around their lair. Some centaurs sell out their services to villages and cities so they can earn money for their communities. Centaurs have the lifespan of an average human, though some have been known to live up to 100 years. The centaurs range in height from 6' up to 8' in height. They range in many colors from black to cream, some being spotted or mulit-colored. Most centaurs use bows or short swords and wear dark colored cloth tunics.
